To serve Mariposa's Foster Children
We always need new Volunteers!
How to Volunteer
Are you looking for a powerful and rewarding volunteer experience?
Do you care about the success and well-being of our community's children?
Are you driven to make a difference in a child's life?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, consider how you might put that "yes" into action by becoming a CASA volunteer!
Our goal is that every child in foster care in Mariposa County has a CASA. CASA is looking for more high-caliber individuals to add to its outstanding team.
If you would like to be part of the solution to child abuse and neglect by becoming a CASA volunteer, this section is for you. In it you will find the various steps involved with becoming a trained child advocate as well as the neccessary requirements.

Training Schedule
We conduct our group Volunteer Training 2 or 3 times per year. Typically these occur once in the fall (September/October), once in the Winter (January/February) and possibly once again in the early Spring/Summer (April/June).
If your schedule does not allow getting together in a group. We have an Independent Training that we will work with you to complete on your own time.
We VALUE our Volunteers! |
